As to verbal agreement with salesman vs actual bill of sale, our salesmen use a list that is generated by the car lot program we use to inform the customer as to the price and we then prepare the sales invoice and contract based of the stock number the salesman gives us. This program takes the default price in the system based on the stock number the salesman provides to the office clerk. Our finance sales prices are listed in increments of $500 and this vehicle sold for $7,495. The office clerk then went over the numbers with Ms [redacted] and had her sign 2 sales invoices and a conditional sales agreement that listed the price as $7,495.002.The amount Ms [redacted] mentioned as $10,878.71 is the total of Sales price, sales tax, documentary fee and finance charge (for 31 months). She has taken this "factual amount" off her copy of the contract, which she signed and agreed to.3.As to the vehicle not functioning, per a call to our office on 04/03/15 Ms [redacted] advised us the vehicle was not running and was concerned that someone in her neighborhood may have sabotaged it as she had recently made 2 or 3 people there mad. At that time I reminded her that we did not offer warranties with our vehicles but gladly referred her to a trusted shop on Madison Ave in the event she choose to use it. I have never heard back from Ms [redacted] but she does live in our neighborhood and we have observed the vehicle being driving on several occasions since her call on the 3rd and actually someone was driving it as recent as yesterday and today. 4. As to her request for a refund we would deny that.
