I am rejecting this response because: It is false. The ISA server they are referring to has been out of the project plan for months. At this point I am hoping for at least a partial refund of the fees paid. Emails from July relating to the ISA server are attached. The rules to eliminate the ISA server have been in place since June.

and has a major infrastructure issue relating to an older unsupported and insecure Microsoft product called ISA Server. This firewall software has caused issue with the successful Exchange Server implementation as the client has requested Pyrinex utilize this currently deployed ISA Server for the new Exchange Server for remote users. We have discussed several times with the client not using this solution and deploying without ISA Server. The client insisted on staying with ISA creating an inability to properly configure the implementation for remote users. There is little to no engineering support for the ISA server product and has not been for nearly a decade. At this point we would like to finish but cannot work with an environment utilizing an old unsupported product that is causing the problem we've laid out. Tell us why here...
