To Whom It May Concern,Jade was the employee that assisted Mr [redacted] at the Pyros onCandelariaThe card showed as an error and that was the reason forthe card to be slid againBecause this caused an inconveniencefor Mr [redacted] an additional 20% was taken off his total purchase forhis time at the time of purchaseToday I spoke with Global Merchantwho is our credit card holder and they have assured that Mr***'smoney will be returned in the amount of $in the next few daysIwill attach a copy of that paper work for your viewingI apologizefor the inconvenience this may have caused however this a credit cardissue, not the store issue.However, if Mr [redacted] can provide me with acopy of the $he was charged by the bank I would be more than happyto pay him.Sincerely,Julieta

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint already that was closed before I was refunded by Pyros Smoke ShopNow I'm reopening the complaint because it has been days since they said I would be refunded in days, and I have not been refunded the $that was agreed upon.Full refund of $32.17 Regards,
