They are totally fraudulent. My regular company is OK Fire Systems. They will tell of the many ways that Pyrocorp has fraudulently done business at the expense of mostly ethnic restaurant owners. They are taking full advantage of my spanish speaking staff.

Review: PyroCorp Industries a fire inspection company performed unsolicited work at my restaurant. They scared my employees including owner (mom) into believing that all of our fire equipment was in violation and or expired. Mom fell for it and they performed their inspection, replace parts and charged us $600 for which mom paid in cash. I have a another company that is regularly contracted to come in, as required, twice a year. We were in compliance and the next inspection was not due until October 2015. I called PyroCorp to try and obtain a full refund, but was told that nothing could be done because the owner approved of the work. When I informed them that I would place a complaint I was told that my efforts would be in vain because all agencies would tell me the same that I could do nothing about my refund. This company is know in the industry for this scam, I have personally escorted them out before on another occasion. On this one chance I was not around and they took clear advantage of mom and employees. What they do is wait a few years and return with the same scam story regardless if we are being serviced by someone else. Companies place tags after they perform their inspection so they couldn't miss seeing that we were already serviced. We have escorted Pyrocorp out more than once before. Performing work utilizing scare tactics is fraud. Mom forgot that this had happened before and was caught off guard.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because no one asked them to perform any work here. They are to never enter our establishment(s) again!

Review: Business is attempting to collect for unsubstantiated services which were never performed for our casino. Faxes and phones calls to our staff are deemed disturbing to operations. We have attempted to follow up with PyroCorp and discovered their 877 number is being investigated for fraud.Desired Settlement: Cease and desist contact with our casino. As per our company protocol, if said company can provide any of the following:1. Web order confirmation with tracking2. Signed contract by authorized party from Stars Casino3. Signed service order by authorized party from Stars Casino... then we will place immediate attention to the matter.Otherwise demands for payment will not be honored.Thank you.
