The customer  came into store and tried on  the dress. Customer wanted  dress but expressed budget constraints and was offered a discount of 25% off a 319.00 dress. She asked us to hold dress, but didn't return for several days. On her return...

she still requested a discount, which was offered at over 40% off retail price. Customer again asked us to hold dress and she purchased dress at the end of the day on 7/*/14 at the discounted price.
On 7/*/14, customer returned to store complaining we sold her a dress that did not fit. Customer was told of the return  policy and offered other merchandise or store credit which was refused. After much discussion and reviewing of policy she left the store only to return the next day and complain again that the dress did not fit. A salesperson showed her with a small adjustment of the strap and a bra cup, the dress would be perfect. She agreed and left the store, saying she would return with  money  in order to pay for the bra cups ( a 12.50 charge- no charge was added for the strap adjustment).  She returned  later - during which time there were several  hostile and threatening  calls from family members  demanding a refund. She returned to the store  then stated she did not want the dress . We again stated  the policy  and   she finally  took the dress but would not pay for the bra cups- so the salesperson removed the cups- (they are gently attached with thread) and she grabbed the dress and  demanded the cups be again sewn  and left the store.
Customer then proceeded  to stand in the parking lot of the store and harass all customers  entering and leaving the store.
The  customer is not entitled to a refund based on the store policy and the fact that the dress was  discounted and altered at no charge. The store policy is clearly posted in  view and on the receipt.

Review: I came to Pzaz for a gown to wear to a wedding, I found a dress and came back another day to purchase the dress. Came home and it Looked awful I had tried the dress on with a bra at the store so it made sense that it wasnt fitting right . The receipt Policy says No cash or credit refunds exchanges within three days so I came back in two and told them how it wasnt fitting. Instantly they became argumentative and told me the dress fit me fine when I left there is no refund! So I argued my point that the policy is misleading. The sales help had not one care. I tried on about 6 more dresses nothing fit and end result I was told to come back and speak to [redacted] the next day so that is exactly what I did I came back and asked for [redacted] he came up and rebatum without even hearing my complaint he tells me the policy which differs from the receipt to the one written on the wall. Now I have spend 205$ on a dress that did not fit me and is uncomfortable. I once again argued my point till they had me try more dresses on and then finally putting mine on to be told I look great what's the problem? The problem is I feel uncomfortable the breast were falling down cause I had tried it on with a bra they started pulling, adding , and moving things it looked better but I told them im still not happy and im going to leave the dress with them and have my step father call. So my father called, they told the same thing rebatum, He told them not to touch the dress and leave it the way it was. I came back the dress was altered cups were in and now they told me I HAD TO KEEP IT cause they altered it. I did not want this dress I've been arguing with them for three days and now they altered it to make it final sale I became furious I am a plus size nothing else in the store fit my body right and now have nothing to wear and a 200 dollar loss on a dress that doesn't fit.. so I explain that to them and they get furious and start pulling everything they did to make it look decent the sale woman says (CONTINUE)Desired Settlement: Your not wearing the dress right then you dont need these! and takes scissors out and starts cutting the cups out ripping the seams cutting the straps at this moment im at awe telling her to stop that was the only thing that made it look decent and now it was destroyed!!!!! And Still had to keep it. The [redacted] raised his voice and threw the cups at me and told me to leave or else he could call the police and tell them im harassing and threating them! In shock I took my dress and left.
