I will recommend these two companies to everyone I know that is moving vehicles!!!
We needed to send a car to our son in San Diego CA,from Greensboro NC After doing some research,it became clear to us that many car transport companies offered various prices and guarantees that were difficult to evaluate and compare That was until we received an e-mail from Mr [redacted] from Q Auto Transport.It was a clear,straightforward and easy to understand description of their services,fees and,most importantly,an explanation of what to expect in the car transportation process From the first moment,in our telephone conversation,Mr [redacted] made me feel very comfortable by explaining how Q Auto Transport would handle the transport of the car After we agreed and signed the contract,Mr [redacted] fulfilled,every commitment she made to us.She had told us that the car would be picked up in to days:it was picked up in day! For the delivery,she had told us that it would take between to days;it was delivered to my son in days,without any problems
The service was terrible The contract that was sent had the wrong dates on it When we ended up canceling the use of their services three weeks in advance, we were charged dollar cancellation fee Our first car that we had sent out first with them was picked up five days late
It was my first time trying to ship anythingI need my vehicle shipped from Hawaii to Utah and because I have a really big vehicle I was afraid of pricing and also how safe it would be during the shippingI worked with *** *** out of Florida and let me just say she was excellentShe was able to help me good rates from shipping my car from port to door and vehicle arrived in one piece.I think I called her like everyday for a whole month to make sure everything was in order and she was very patient with me and answered any questions I had They were very honest and very pleasant to work withI would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to shipping a vehicle
Do not use this company! I scheduled almost 2 months early to ensure I would have my car and truck at my new house on the other side of the country. They picked up a day and a half late, delivery was scheduled for Dec 29, I got my vehicles on the 8th of Jan. After getting the run around with Q Auto, I found out that they told the truck driver that I was fine with a later delivery date without ever talking to me. Do NOT use this company!

I called them to confirm the pick up date and they said it was going to be on the seventh. Then they said they would fix it and call me back the next day. They never did so I called them back. Then they tried to blame me saying I was aware that the 5th was the earliest pick up date and that it might be two to three days later. Bad company. In organized. Says whatever just so you sign with them
