We feel we did more work than they are willing to pay for We remain open to negotiation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below See attached documentThis message originally read on 6/24/[redacted] [redacted] c/o [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] *** Dear [redacted] : This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 5/26/against BrightDay Cleaning Your complaint was assigned ID [redacted] BrightDay Cleaning has sent the Revdex.com a message regarding this complaint, and we are passing it on to you The contents of this message are below or attached Please review and advise whether you accept or reject the businesses response and provide an explanation of your position within the next days If the Revdex.com does not receive a response from you within ten days, your complaint will close as Assumed Satisfied Regards, [redacted] Revdex.com Please Note: The text of your complaint tell us about your problem or in your desired outcomeBy submitting your complaint, you are representing that it is a truthful account of your experience with the businessRevdex.com may edit your complaint to protect privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:I have composed all of the communication that has passed between us and feel that in order for you to truly understand the [redacted] s and the nature of their complaint, it would be pertinent to send this on to youI have attached scans of the contracts between BrightDay and the [redacted] s Please note that Mrs [redacted] initialed both the front and back of the cleaning contract before signing The initials under Section TERMINATION OF CONTRACT indicate she knew exactly what she was signing The contracts that were signed are invalid Bright Day Cleaning did not provide Mrs [redacted] with the notification of right to cancel within business days Bright Day Cleaning also never identified with whom we were doing business Our position is that considering the dishonest nature in which these services were sold, we are entitled to full refund less the fair market value of the initial services that were provided I am also attaching a Customer Satisfaction Survey Ms [redacted] completed after the first day of work our crew did in her home4-Customer Satisfaction Survey: Survey was done after Bright Day Cleaning provided the 1st day of services Mrs [redacted] was satisfied and very pleased with the work provided on the first day The situation rapidly deteriorated on subsequent visits What was sold as a day task took Bright Day Cleaning days due to poor performance (slow and rework) Seems to be the MO with [redacted] and [redacted] ( [redacted] ***’s partners in Bright Day Cleaning) I suggest you contact the following persons to confirm: Finally, I am attaching our crew' Clean Sheets that our crews fill out as they move through our clients' homes The last "Clean Sheet" (first in the scan) contains a note written by the supervisor who I witnessed walking through the [redacted] home with ***, taking note of everything done and specific needs Mrs [redacted] felt weren't being addressed5-Crew Clean Sheet: This was the 5th visit of a job that was sold as visit task The numerous visits were required due to unsatisfactory work and not an over critical analysis by Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] did sign as the deep clean was finally completed This was also before Mrs [redacted] understood with whom she was dealing (i.e [redacted] and [redacted] ) nor the voluminous number of [redacted] ***s against them in both Wisconsin and Washington StateAgain, [redacted] never divulged her identity It took a great deal of investigative work to identify that the [redacted] s were involved with these contracts 5-Crew Clean Sheet: Work was neither complete nor satisfactory Mrs [redacted] did not approve or sign5-Crew Clean Sheet: Mrs [redacted] only approved the work done on the sunroom4-Crew Clean Sheet: Work was incomplete and not satisfactory Mrs [redacted] did not sign or approve of the services providedIt also contains a statement by one of our cleaners, [redacted] , that Mrs [redacted] had gone on at length with her during a previous cleaning that she loved yelling at and harassing [redacted] and other companies to get discounts and services for nothing She was proud of how she could force them to do what she wantedIn regards to [redacted] ’s statement, this is hearsay and irrelevant We contend that any statement from [redacted] ’s should be considered invalid considering Ms [redacted] ’s own questionable past See below: It was immediately after this visit that Mrs [redacted] cheerfully informed us that she was filing complaints with you, the [redacted] and [redacted] There was nothing cheerful about our experience with [redacted] , [redacted] or [redacted] *** In fact it has been quite the opposite The above statement is ludicrous We waited over month for the above “people” to return our money and then participated in goodwill negotiations to settle the issue At one point offered [redacted] $3,for the work done which is far more than fair market value for one “deep cleaning” In my view, [redacted] has been ingenuously negotiating as a stall tacticI also have scans of the emails that have passed between usI will be attaching those to my next email. As I stated previously, this email carries the email communication that went on between Mrs [redacted] and both [redacted] and [redacted] .I attached them in chronological order I would say that between meeting the [redacted] s on April 13th and May 3rd, we received and answered numerous phone calls from Mrs [redacted] in various states of distress, anger, joy and happinessMrs [redacted] experienced an emotional rollercoaster ride at the hands of [redacted] and her associates Again, I have to refer to the [redacted] ’s past “business” practices and wholly refute any claims that come from them as at their best distorted or an outright falsehood Finally, I attached the "Letter of Cancellation" we received from Mrs [redacted] [redacted] never said that the [redacted] s couldn't cancel on April 18th or 19th Mrs [redacted] was going back and forth, on the phone with [redacted] , about whether she really wanted the painting and powerwashing done as laid out in our Contractors Contract Mrs [redacted] attempted to verbally cancel the day after the painting contract was sold [redacted] would not accept the cancellation She told Mrs [redacted] that “ BDC had already scheduled the work and lost work due to Mrs [redacted] ’s signing of the contract ” Mrs [redacted] believed [redacted] at this pointIt wasn’t until after numerous calls by Mrs [redacted] to [redacted] and [redacted] Belhsa to cancel, did the [redacted] agree to pay her back for the painting contract The [redacted] s claimed they need days to provide a check At the end of the days, Mrs [redacted] received a letter from Bright Day Cleaning stating that they did not intend to refund the painting contract rather that they would execute the work In that same letter Bright Day Cleaning threatened legal action if she didn’t cease “harassment” of themIt was at this point, that I drove to the address on the correspondence with Bright Day Cleaning to discover it was box at a [redacted] office Red Flag! I then called [redacted] using my work cell phone She had stopped answering ***’s calls, but she promptly answered my call as I assume that she didn’t recognize the number I introduced myself and explained that considering what had transpired that this business relationship would not be possible to continueI stated that I wanted to settle this matter privately [redacted] agreed I then asked for her surname at which point she promptly hung-up Another Red Flag! She told [redacted] at that time that her husband was not happy with the amount she had agreed to pay us for the workOn the 19th, [redacted] remembers her clearly stating that her husband would "just have to live with it" because she really wanted the work doneMrs [redacted] claims this is a lie We do not have recordings of these telephone conversationsMr [redacted] and I have been engaged in negotiations involving the amount that will be refunded by us to them I believe I sent you many of those emails.I hope that my continued reply to the charges being leveled against BrightDay was not overwhelming or inappropriate but all of us here have taken this very seriouslyI disagree with [redacted] *** In my view, they’re negotiations have been disingenuous I believe that the past behavior of the parties involved with Bright Day Cleaning supports my conclusion Does $6,sound reasonable for one cleaning? We feel very strongly that Mrand Mrs [redacted] are not being fair or reasonable in their valuation of the work performed We contend that in regard to several of their assertions that Mrs [redacted] is lying in a desperate attempt to take advantage of our company and assuage her husbands anger towards herAt one point, we offered Bright Day Cleaning $3,for one cleaning I think we have been more than reasonable Mrs [redacted] has been extremely distressed by the actions of [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] *** Lying? Good God! I was angry when I first discovered what had happened I then realized who she got involved with and that at the end of the day, its only money I am more focused on making sure that the above people are prevented from scamming future victims [redacted] is an avenue, but at the end of the day, it will be next to impossible to collect on any judgment made in our favor Considering the fact the [redacted] ’s have over $75,in unpaid past judgments against them, we would be at the back of a very long line Contact [redacted] to confirm the above the $75,(which is from and probably more now) This is no longer about the money This is about doing what’s right I implore the Revdex.com to maintain this investigation and help prevent these “people” from harming people that may not have the resource to recover form one of their stingsI hope that after reviewing all of the communication that has gone on in this case, you would take the time to render your opinion as to both the validity of the [redacted] s complaint and our attempts to communicate and negotiate a fair settlementAny feedback at all concerning how we have handled this complaint and how we have communicated with the [redacted] s would be sincerely appreciatedThank you, I look forward to your replySincerely, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference,...

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
Regards,
[redacted]  We have tried to negotiate with Bright Day Cleaning in fair manner.  Their response has been entire unacceptable.  The total amount that we paid BDC was $10,881.  A fair value of the work that BDC completed (1 deep cleaning of home) is no more than $1,000 (and that is being generous).  BDC offered $4,500 in exchange for cancelling the contract and retracting all complaints with the Revdex.com, [redacted], etc.  We offered BDC $2,881 for the one cleaning (i.e. they return $8,000) and they rejected that offer.  Quit frankly, based on the history of the proprietors of BDC, I believe that they have no intention of paying anything back and the $4,500 is merely a ruse to string this out.If you watched the video link that my wife sent you regarding the proprietors of BDC (i.e. [redacted] and [redacted]) and reviewed the cases against them on WI CCAP, you will probably conclude that this is the standard MO for these people.  I have been in contact with [redacted] for [redacted] in Milwaukee), [redacted] did a newscast on the [redacted]'s fraudulent business practices last year and she informs me that she has additional information on the [redacted]'s that supports that this a established pattern for these people. In addition to fraudulent business practices, the [redacted]'s have been accused of theft (see CCAP).  These people are crooks that hide behind the ineffectual enforcement of civil court judgements (inability for plaintiffs to collect).  Based on my lawyers advice, I have come to the conclusion that even if I am successful in [redacted], I will not collect.  At the time of [redacted]'s report, the [redacted]s had $75,000 of uncollected judgements against them.  [redacted] [redacted].  I will not sit idly by as these "people" (and I use that term lightly) steal $10,881 dollar from me.  I will spend good money after bad just to out them.I suggest that you contact [redacted] at [redacted]
