I am an honest person and am not trying to take advantage of Qlink
I received my phone from QLink Wideness and within just a few day's iit quit chargingWhen I tried to contact them all I got was a recorded line with no option for talking to an agentI then went to the website and found they wanted to charge me $for a replacement phone
They are a ripoff send phones out broken not working your area then ask you for dollars to replace phone when you did nothing never even got to use it the threten you with one year free phone ban Beware

Q Link Has been nothing but some money grubbing pain in my backside.They have never sent me a phone that worked more then one day, and to replace it cost $25. each time and it wouldn't be sent out till the got the non working one back ( so to replace a non working phone they sent me cost me, and I was stupid enuff to give these people money 4 times and still done have a properly working cell ) I even went and buy stuff to make it work for almost 2 hours a day.
Purchased a 30 day unlimited data plan and seven days into the plan they turned my data off, after using only 6MB of data.customer service claimed I had used to much data so they shut it off. This company preys on poor people and scams the government for tax credits. The plan said unlimited and nothing else. This is theft.
this company is a fraud...I got two different phones and they did not work. I was told in order to get a phone that worked I would have to pay 25 dollars...the customer service was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone .in my honest opinion I thin this company should be investigated and shut down. the reviews on the post for qlink wireless are all the same no one is happy
