We received various product in our LA warehouse and consolidated all of it and moved via airfreight to Chongqing, China We communicated the details with Choayun and exchanged over + emails on thisAll freight was tendered to our air export co-loader called Air Menzies LTD in Los Angeles, CA ( LAX) They confirmed piece count and moved all product on MAWB to China All product was received and delivered in China Shipper is claiming one box short and we explained that all product we received was shipped to China Per Standard Terms and Conditions, and as no cargo insurance was purchased, we will offer settlement for thisThis is based on the weight of the claimed missing box and is maximum liability per airline cargo claims Regards, [redacted] [redacted] Managing DirectorQ Logistics, LLC

Per Standard Terms and Conditions, and as no cargo insurance was purchased, we will offer 100.00 settlement for this.
