We purchased a Kirby a few months ago and as I was searching for QRP to call for supplies I came across their Revdex.comI just wanted to give my experienceA gentleman walked to my door ( don't remember the name) and gave me the same spill as I'm sure everyone elseFree floor cleanings, contests, fast, etc, etcFor some reason, I decided to let the poor eager guy in to get his credit for his tripI have heard Kirby but never had a demonstration done for me so I was actually very interestedA different guy came in to do the demoVery quiet and very politeHe was soft spoken, almost like he was new but also knew a lot about the machine and very smoothI watched him pull those round disk things until they were literally everywhereThe only thing strange was that he didn't let me help him clean it up, but he explained to me that his boss needed to check his work( which I guess is understandable)At the end of it, he did his jobHe cleaned up my couch, he vacuumed my floors, he shampooed, and even cleaned my kids mattressI ended up purchasing the Kirby because it simply works and there is no denying itI love my Kirby and when I called to get supplies the lady who answered was extremely nice and helpfulEverybody is going to have their own take on what happens and everyone is going to find a reason to blame othersThe fact is, the people have control or whether to let these Kirby people inIf you do, then take responsibility for whats to comeIf you don't, then move onI let them in and at the end, ended up buyer a very expensive vacuum but hey, life is shortI would recommend anybody to deal with company and recommend everyone to really try these Kirby's out

Due to the person's that came to my doorI felt that they were pushy, rude and very unprofessional You simply don't just come into someone's home for hours for a demonstration of anything when you tell them up front that you are not buyingAs soon as you open the door It was a cold evening and opposed to leaving my door open, and having my dog try to attack them, I invited them in because I am not heating my neighborhood and I don't want a lawsuit for a dog bite I was told it was going to only be a few minutes, that turned into trying to clean my floor, vacuum my bed, and generally making a mess in the middle of my floor with little round disksRegardless of the dirt in my carpet, it was just plain RIDICULOUSSoaping up my towel, trapping me in my house and making me feel like a terrible person for not helping them "get to the prize" Gone are the days of banging on the door to sell a great product for a ridiculous price, and then playing phone tag to make you buy someone's old vacuum is just crazy Worth $2000+ for a vacuum, trying to get you to sell the food out of your kids mouths even when you have told them not happening at least timesTrying to be nice isn't an option with this lotShould go back and learn how to "LIKE KNOW and Trust", before barging into someone's home They should consider re thinking their tactics, would save the demonstrators time, potential buyers time, and a bit more respect would be greatly appreciated

Due to the person's that came to my door. I felt that they were pushy, rude and very unprofessional.

You simply don't just come into someone's home for 3 hours for a demonstration of anything when you tell them up front that you are not buying. As soon as you open the door.

It was a cold evening and opposed to leaving my door open, and having my dog try to attack them, I invited them in because I am not heating my neighborhood and I don't want a lawsuit for a dog bite.

I was told it was going to only be a few minutes, that turned into trying to clean my floor, vacuum my bed, and generally making a mess in the middle of my floor with little round disks. Regardless of the dirt in my carpet, it was just plain RIDICULOUS. Soaping up my towel, trapping me in my house and making me feel like a terrible person for not helping them "get to the prize" Gone are the days of banging on the door to sell a great product for a ridiculous price, and then playing phone tag to make you buy someone's old vacuum is just crazy.

Worth $2000+ for a vacuum, trying to get you to sell the food out of your kids mouths even when you have told them not happening at least 20 times. Trying to be nice isn't an option with this lot. Should go back and learn how to "LIKE KNOW and Trust", before barging into someone's home.

They should consider re thinking their tactics, would save the demonstrators time, potential buyers time, and a bit more respect would be greatly appreciated.

We purchased a Kirby a few months ago and as I was searching for QRP to call for supplies I came across their Revdex.com. I just wanted to give my experience. A gentleman walked to my door ( don't remember the name) and gave me the same spill as I'm sure everyone else. Free floor cleanings, contests, fast, etc, etc. For some reason, I decided to let the poor eager guy in to get his credit for his trip. I have heard Kirby but never had a demonstration done for me so I was actually very interested. A different guy came in to do the demo. Very quiet and very polite. He was soft spoken, almost like he was new but also knew a lot about the machine and very smooth. I watched him pull those round disk things until they were literally everywhere. The only thing strange was that he didn't let me help him clean it up, but he explained to me that his boss needed to check his work( which I guess is understandable). At the end of it, he did his job. He cleaned up my couch, he vacuumed my floors, he shampooed, and even cleaned my kids mattress. I ended up purchasing the Kirby because it simply works and there is no denying it. I love my Kirby and when I called to get supplies the lady who answered was extremely nice and helpful. Everybody is going to have their own take on what happens and everyone is going to find a reason to blame others. The fact is, the people have control or whether to let these Kirby people in. If you do, then take responsibility for whats to come. If you don't, then move on. I let them in and at the end, ended up buyer a very expensive vacuum but hey, life is short. I would recommend anybody to deal with company and recommend everyone to really try these Kirby's out.

I am not happy person right now. They came to my home offer me the vacuum. Try to get me approved through the company they use it was a no go understand. But then said I was approved with the in house credit well week later. They show up at my house I was not home my dad was. One of the worker just walk in to my house and my dad 71 yr old ask him to leave and didn't. Instead moved my dad side and started to go through my house looking. Ok I don't care about the vacuum but one call me. 2 don't walk in or touch my dad.. 3 don't tell people you are approved when you really are not. That is miss leading not right.
