There was multiple miscommunications with Ms. ***'s move in at [redacted] ***. She was in a hurry to access the apartment and although was told upon that she could not move in before 5 pm (this is standard procedure for all move in's and is followed consistently) she arrived early and... the on site team did what they could to accommodate her needs. We are reaching out to her directly to reconcile any issues and dissatisfaction with her move in and the entire experience. We have a great team at [redacted] and this is an unusual situation, the fact that the first line of defense for Ms. [redacted] was going to the BBB rather than coming to the management directly to clear up the situation is unfortunate for all parties as it just adds time to do paperwork and emails, rather than fix the issue directly which is what we want to do. We strive for excellent service and an excellent experience and we are so sorry that Ms. [redacted] has not received that. We will work with her off-line for a resolution to ensure she is satisfied and taken care of. Stephanie Managing Agent for [redacted] ***
Siboney from the office will be contacting you about this. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication and the issues you have experiencedWe make it a habit to not discuss personal information on-line or with 3rd parties. We will contact you off-line to discuss. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. You will be contacted by the end of the day!
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I was told that I could move in at 4pm. Once I arrived and saw the mess and called the office repeatedly was when they changed it to 5pm. As far as me being in a hurry I had to return my rented [redacted] at 6pm, and the whole reason I took the day off work to move on Friday is because they are not open on weekends and I needed my daughter at daycare, which I couldn't pick her up until 10 p. And was charged a late fee. All I am asking is that I am reimbursed for my [redacted] and the late fee.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
