Ordered a pair of shoes and was charged December 2nd. The shoes had not shipped. Messaged them a few times trying to get an update. No one would reply to me. Others have had the same problem I read on social media. It's been a month and a half and still no update or tracking information on shoes I've been charged for. They do not care about customer service.

As Co-Founders of ***, *** and I are responding to this compliant as we want a good standing with both the Revdex.com and our valued customers.
Directly after Black Friday 2019, we had a major glitch in shipping efforts via our domestic 3PL partner and due to this issue it delayed many packages to our customers. To remedy this issue, we informed customers that placed orders between that time of being down an additional free pair of shoes for the delays.
Some customers didn't get their shoes until mid-January, but none-the-less they received their order if they opted to wait for it. Those who wanted a refund, we gladly executed the option.
As a start-up company with integrity, we continue to aim for better customer service for our customers moving forward.
