Q9 Power Sports Reviews (53)

I ordered two of their 110cc youth utility 4-wheelers on a Saturday night. I had them by that Wednesday. Super fast shipping. The 4-wheelers came with everything as described. Put them together and they started right up. Only minor problem I had was the instructions. They are not specific for just that vehicle, but figured it out with no problems. Make sure you read all the fine prints and there will not be any misunderstandings. Boys haven't rode them yet as they are for Christmas presents. So far I am happy with my purchase.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!... 1ST Time buyer and it couldn't of gone any smoother. The Predator Go Kart is more than I was expecting for his price... Thank you guys!

The whole staff at Q9 Power Sports was very professional and knowledgeable, and I had a very enjoyable experience buying from them.

Review: Purchased ATV March 2, 2014. Vehicle arrived March 7, 2014. Internet purchase. If bought on internet was suppose to get free helmet. ATV damaged in shipment. This has not been taken care of. ATV will not start . This has not been taken care of . This is a new machine under warranty with a 6 month extended warranty also shipping insurance that was purchased.Desired Settlement: I think they should take the ATV back at their expense. No shipping cost to me or restocking fee.

Worked directly with the customer to resolve the issue

Review: I recieved the four wheeler damaged and battery competly dead. I call and spoke to [redacted] (parts repairs). I told him the item came damaged with missing parts and the item is over two years old. He said he would take care of the problem. He asked me to take pictures of the damaged items and tell him what the missing parts were. I did that and sent the pictures. The battery was the only item that came. I have emailed him and asking what was the procedure on getting the parts to me. I keep getting a tracking # from him saying parts are on the way. But the tracking # he keeps giving me is the same tracking # from the battery that was shipped.

When item was recieved I told the freight delivery person that the item was damaged on the side corner panel. (Crate bar rubbed against side of ATV) He just told me to call them to let them know about the damage. I have saved all emails and it seems to me I'm getting a run around.Desired Settlement: Send replacement parts, or cost refunded for repairs or come pick up the item!

The claim has been filed with the manufacturer and the parts have been put on backorder as soon as they're available whatever you have not received yet you will receive. This customer has received some replacement parts. We definitely want to work with this customer and make sure they are satisfied. Parts are on backorder warranty claim had been filed.

I had my moped serviced here last year and the service was great. I don't know what changed since then but the service has definitely gone downhill. I had a new starter and CDI box installed. When I went to pick it up I had trouble being waited on by a staff member. Then after paying over 500 dollars I received no help loading it into my van. On top of that they didn't even charge the battery. You would think that after spending over 500 dollars you could at least get some help loading it up and have a charged battery…guess not.
All of this being said they are still better than Engelhart's and are cheaper too.

Review: I ordered a Dozier 125 ATV. I received product put it together and it will not crank. I've had 3 people try to fix it and still does not work. Q9 Powersports will not replace it and for me to send in back they want me to pay shipping around $200.00 and a 20% restocking fee another $160.00.

for a ATV they sent me and it will not work......was a Christmas present for my little girl and tried to get them to send me another one in time for Christmas but they would not..I had to go buy another one from a Yamaha for my little girl now I have 2 but only one will work...Q9 POWERS PORTS IS A RIP OFF [redacted] DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE TO REACH HIM HAVE SENT HIM EMAILS TO NO RESPONSE..........BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THE SUCK.....

Good work, guys! Last month I got my first bike ever and buying it from Q9 PowerSports USA was definitely the way to go. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Thank you so much! Great customer service, fair shipping time, excellent product.

I have gotten many new motorcycles in the past 10 years from several different dealers but Q9 PowerSports USA is better than most: better selection and better prices... I highly recommend!

Review: To whom it may concern,

On June 9, I purchased two 49cc quads for $875. Once they were shipped to me and when I opened them I noticed that the bar on the top of the box they were shipped in had rubbed off the paint on the back of each quad. So on June 27 I had sent an email with a picture to [email protected] showing the product I had received. Come July 2 after not receiving a return email I called into q9 power sports to discuss my concerns at this time I was told they had received my email and that replacement parts had been sent out already. So on August 13 I had still not received anything so I called back into q9 power sports and they said that they weren't sure what with [redacted] going on and would pass my info onto the customer service department. So come August 22 I had not heard from anyone so called in yet again to q9 powersports at this time I spoke with a [redacted] who gave me a number for [redacted] where I left yet another message. On August 28 I sent another email, with no return response. On September 13 I called in and spoke with [redacted] again. During my conversation with [redacted] this time I explained all of my concerns and issues with the product that I had received from q9 powesports; I let him know that the first time I pulled the start cord it came detached from the rope and broke so we went out and bought a new one, that both of the quads were very difficult to start and often took multiple pulls over the 3 that the product brochure stated was normal, as well as that 4 of the 8 plastic mud guards had already fallen off just while driving and turning the machines. At this time he had said to me that all of the engines were tested before the product was sent out so that I had probably just gotten a bad machine, though I explained to him that it was both machines and not just one or the other? After the conversation on the 13 [redacted] said either him or [redacted] would call me back, [redacted] did return my call on this day with the response that the parts had been ordered originally though everything is on back order and they are not sure when I will be getting anything? On September 16 I called [redacted] back and he told me at this time I would need to talk with [redacted]. So on the 16th I left yet another message for [redacted], then again I left a message for him on October 2nd he finally returned my call on the 2nd though I was at work. Since this I have tried calling him back on October 3rd and 4th with no response. At this time I am very disappointed with the product I have received after only using each machine for less than one hour and with the customer service I have received to this point, I would like to return both of the quads I had purchased and have my money returned to me in full. Please email me back at [redacted] or contact me by phone at ###-###-####. Thanks for your time.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Return product for a full refund.

To whom it may concern,

The purchase in question was a drop shipped order that was sent to Mr. [redacted] directly from USA Pocket Bikes, INC.

Where they take care of all of their own tech support and warranty work themselves. All sales are final upon

assembling and riding around the machines. Having said that, if the customer calls the company it came from of

support, he will be able to get what he is after. [redacted] is our service tech and has told me he has provided

Mr. [redacted] with the correct phone number for support. Here is the number for him to receive help at ###-###-####. This is

the number for the company it came from that will honor the warranty.

When someone purchases a powersports machine it comes straight from the factory and may need adjustments and to be looked over,

that is why the price is so cheap, because their is no mechanic in between the sale like at a dealership to look over machine and correct any problems.

All sales are final, but we will help with support and parts through the manufacturer: ###-###-####

Response:

This customer received the machines "with damage" but did not report the shipping damage for almost 3 weeks after the fact. We still honored the claim and files the parts request with the manufacturer. The manufacturer takes care of there own machine and their own technical support. Our house mechanic has provided this customer with the direct toll free number, when speaking to him over the phones. All sales are advertised as final, but if you would like tech support or need to order parts, no problem we can help.

I have purchased from Q9 in the past and would like to let you know what I went through so that you can avoid the same fate... a broken atv that my child cannot use. Where do I begin? First of all, we recieved the atv, if it is broken tell the shipping company to take it back! We recieved a broken atv which was not even the one we ordered. They tried to blame it on the shipping company but the atv was smashed under the seat which could not have been done during shipping. Then, it was faded. It did not come with the safety remote which was our main reason for purchasing the one we did. They obviously do not care about childrens safety. I contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told that I would have to pay shipping both ways to send it back even though it was not what we ordered and they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee for something they dont even keep in stock. It was supposed to be a 110cc and we recieved a 90cc, which was not noticed during delivery. Then after repeated calling, emailing I threatened to go to Revdex.com and he told me in these exact words "GOOD LUCK THEN". Oh and not to mention the foot brake broke on the first day and we never got a response regarding that either. Good luck to you if you choose this company to purchase from. Also, if you ever wonder why a company doesnt offer a place for reviews I now know why. I have all the emails from J[redacted] if you would like proof!

My son is going to be very happy:). I was already happy with the price of the bike...
