Review: QS2 charged my account for $119.80 when I never authorized the charge. After I purchased membership from them back in March for approx. $30, shortly two weeks later I requested to cancel my membership request. I was told by the merchant that I would no longer be charged via in person per Ms. [redacted] who is a director at their Allentown Rd branch. Since March I was never charged for any services from QS2 until 6/30/2014 THREE MONTHS LATER. I have tried calling the merchant and they told me I had to send an email disputing the claim I submitted the email last week and I still have not gotten a response back. I am also filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because they should have never charged my account. I never authorized any other payments from this merchant since March 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back because I was told that I would no longer be charged anything after March which I was not until 6/30/2014. I guess they didn't charge me until much later and thought that I would not say anything. I just would like my money back, I never authorized this payment.
