reference to complaint ID 12774041, and I did receive shipmentThe day I submitted this complaint I also emailed Qalo and threatened to dispute my payment if I did not receive notification that my item shipped, they magically sent me a shipping confirmationI received the product today but unfortunately it is a little bigger than expectedWe ordered my husbands ring size but the qalo ring is too bigHoping I don’t experience the same service when I attempt to exchange the product

The Customer placed an order on 11/16/and the order was marked as "Delivered" on the 11/21/by the US Postal ServiceAccording to the customer they never received itSo when the customer contacted us on
12/23/we created a replacement order that was marked as "Delivered" on 12/31/They emailed us on 12/29/to find out about the second order and it was discovered that the email address was input incorrectly by the customer. It was then updated and the order information was then resent to the customerOn 1/8/however we were contacted by the Revdex.com letting us know that we had a negative comment that we needed to respond toWe then reached out to the customer again to confirm that they had in fact received the second order, and they confirmed that they hadDuring our phone call on 1/8/however the customer and the agent were disconnected before we could express our apology and offer a refund of the purchase price of the ring for the inconvenience it may have caused themWe have since refunded the customer and hope the situation is handled--

tracking number not updatingOn January 8th, our representative sent the customer the correct tracking number that showed that the packaged was delivered on the 8th

Due to the errors on the order the Customer has been refunded for their entire purchase

On December 26th, 2017, this customer placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men's Charcoal Grey Step Edge ring with custom engravingOn January 10th 2018, the engraving process was completed and the order was shipped outOn January 10th & 11th, the customer reached out
inquiring as to when their order would be delivered as it had taken a while for the order to be engravedOn the 12th, the packaged was delayed by our carrier, ***, and did not start moving again until the 17th, at which point the order was deliveredOn January 16th, the customer reached out again requesting a full refund of the gift card amount that was utilized, and the customer asked for a monetary refund instead of store credit. On January 17th, we responded to the customer and are in the process of processing the refund

The customer purchased a Women's White Smooth Stackable Silicone Ring with customization on our website, www.QALO.comOn January 9th, 2018, the ring was sent out to the customer, but it did not include the customization options requestedThe customer emailed our Customer
Service team on January 17th and 23rd requesting a refund for the customization, and on January 25th, 2018, the refund was processed

[redacted] [redacted] placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men’s True Blue Q2X ring with internal customization and external monogram customization. The customer chatted with a representative on December 21st, 2017, in regards to the length of time the order was taking to ship....

The representative explained to the customer that it could take up to 10 days for customized orders to be customized. The customer emailed in on January 4th, 6th and 8th in regard to the order.  Our representatives were able to respond back on the 8th and 9th letting the Customer know that their order was out for delivery & delivered on the 8th.

[redacted] placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men's Black Step Edge Silicone Ring & thought that she had purchased a monogram customization on the ring as well. On December 21st, 2017, the customer emailed in regarding why her ring did not come with the...

customization. Later that day after communicating with the customer, our Customer Service representative explained that the customer had not paid for the customization, which is why no customization was added to the ring. On January 10th, 2018, our Customer Service representative reached out to the customer to honor the customization, and a new order with customization was created and is currently awaiting shipment.
