On December 26th, 2017, this customer placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men's Charcoal Grey Step Edge ring with custom engravingOn January 10th 2018, the engraving process was completed and the order was shipped outOn January 10th & 11th, the customer reached out inquiring as to when their order would be delivered as it had taken a while for the order to be engravedOn the 12th, the packaged was delayed by our carrier, ***, and did not start moving again until the 17th, at which point the order was deliveredOn January 16th, the customer reached out again requesting a full refund of the gift card amount that was utilized, and the customer asked for a monetary refund instead of store creditOn January 17th, we responded to the customer and are in the process of processing the refund

[redacted] placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men’s True Blue Q2X ring with internal customization and external monogram customizationThe customer chatted with a representative on December 21st, 2017, in regards to the length of time the order was taking to ship The representative explained to the customer that it could take up to days for customized orders to be customizedThe customer emailed in on January 4th, 6th and 8th in regard to the order Our representatives were able to respond back on the 8th and 9th letting the Customer know that their order was out for delivery & delivered on the 8th

[redacted] placed an order on our website, www.QALO.com, for a Men's Black Step Edge Silicone Ring & thought that she had purchased a monogram customization on the ring as wellOn December 21st, 2017, the customer emailed in regarding why her ring did not come with the customizationLater that day after communicating with the customer, our Customer Service representative explained that the customer had not paid for the customization, which is why no customization was added to the ringOn January 10th, 2018, our Customer Service representative reached out to the customer to honor the customization, and a new order with customization was created and is currently awaiting shipment
