The overdraft in question was not caused by QapitalSufficient documentation was not provided by users bank stating that Qapital was the cause of the overdraftWhat *** did provide is a screenshot showing a positive balance after a Qapital transaction.Qapital has offered *** a one-time
reimbursement of the overdraft as a courtesy but as already mentioned, we require official documentation from her bank linking a Qapital transaction to that fee, which has not been provided.Our offer still stands if *** can meet the above request. Thank you Tell us why here

Each time I try to contact them they tell me my issue is closed They refuse to look at the dates on the evidence I have provided for them I budget my account very carefully On 9/* I made my car registration payment of $online On 9/* I also went to the *** *** knowing I had just made the payment and that I had about $in my accountI spent $just enough to keep my account in the positive until I had time to go to the ATMIt shows on the statement on 9/* that I had Just enough for both of the payments I had authorizedThe photo also shows the payment processing since 9/* Then on 9/* it shows Qaptial's charge AND and overdraftThey refuse to take accountability for the charge I did not authorize. They are responsible and should be held so accountable

Our position has not changed. The screenshot provided by [redacted] shows a positive balance after the Qapital transaction. Again, we are more than happy to provide a reimbursement for the overdraft fee if we are provided documentation from her bank stating this charge was caused by Qapital.

 Each time I try to contact them they tell me my issue is closed.  They refuse to look at the dates on the evidence I have provided for them.  I budget my account very carefully.  On 9/* I made my car registration payment of $212.00 online.   On 9/* I also went to the [redacted] knowing I had just made the payment and that I had about $40 in my account. I spent $38.30 just enough to keep my account in the positive until I had time to go to the ATM. It shows on the statement on 9/* that I had 253.55. Just enough for both of the payments I had authorized. The photo also shows the payment processing since 9/*.  Then on 9/* it shows Qaptial's charge AND and overdraft. They refuse to take accountability for the charge I did not authorize. They are responsible and should be held so accountable.
