I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:no I had to call the shop repeated amount of times to get a response. Furthermore I was without a car for 1 week! The only person they would put to talk to me was paula. Sge gave me false information about the progress of my car. I have received my truck back and there is property missing from my truck I have called the shop twice left a message with paula and still have not got a call back!

Review: My friend got her car repaired here September **,2014. Her English is not very good so I helped her thru the whole process of getting the car fixed. Her insurance is thru geico. A branch fell and hit her car and she was willing to pay her $1000 deductible to get it fixed. QB Collision was chosen thru geico so she agreed. QB Collision said it would take a total of 30 days so geico agreed to cover the cost of the rental car. The services took 38 days and enterprise charged my friend, [redacted], the remaining 8 days, which came out to be a total of $399! I called enterprise to see what the charge was about and explained it would be up to QB Collision to refund them. So I have called QB over 20 times and the [redacted] said that the [redacted], [redacted], would take care of it! No one ever returns my call from QB! And 9 months later there is still no refund of the $399 on her credit card! Even the geico agent who set up the appointment for the car to get fixed, said it was QB fault and should pay the extra 8 days. Even she had talked to [redacted], who also told her that he would take care of it!Desired Settlement: Refund of the extra 8 days it took QB Collision to fix the car. A total of $399!

Review: My car was in an accident 11/**/15... this place received my car on 11/**/15. my car is still not finished. I have been calling the place for days now with no resolution. I have been without a car for 5 days now. Every time I call they tell me my car will be ready the next day and it never is. I think they are not truthful.Desired Settlement: I still have to pay my 500 deductible which I now feel should be prorated for the inconvenience. I would like my truck back asap if not I want to have it towed elsewhere.
