QB Payroll Pros

Owner of *** *** *** was contacted by QBPayrollPros stating they are part of Intuit/QuickBooksTalked the owner into a 3years tech support contract, when we went to use it last month, called Intuit they didn't recognize our company or the contract we had purchased in So they helped us as much as they could without charging usSo once the issue was resolved, I started looking into this and found the contract we had signed and paid for $ for years starting 2/2/I called the phone that was on the contract it was not a good number, also the number that was on the Credit Card transaction description was not good Then I tried the email that was on the contract that was return as no goodLast thing was look them up on the internet and that's when I found complaints of the same thing we are going through

QBPayrollpros misrepresented themselves as *** QB supportThey were paid thousands of dollars for a year support contract months later we are getting billed by *** for the very support this company is supposed to be paying for and providingThey have been contacted multiple times and were to refund us the money that *** billed us In essence we are paying twice for Quickbooks payroll support*** has no knowledge of this company and told us we may have been scammed This company keeps telling me that our refund is stuck in billing for a series of reasons, which changes every time we call themThey have no address to formally respond to them in writing as they are 100% in default of the contract They put you on hold and do not pick the phone back up

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY They play off like the are associated with Intuit Quickbooks can solve your problem for $$$$, pull bogus log reports from your computer about errors to make things worse than they are and the logs may not be associated with Quickbooks at all Be sure and call Intuit This company wanted between and depending on what service I wanted I called a valid Intuit Phone Number and my issue was fixed in minutes and covered by my payroll subscription Don't fall for it

No one answers the phone for support, nor does anyone call me back as they say they will in their recorded message I paid for years of Quick books software and support
