We have received the complaint from the customer not receiving the packageAfter tracking the order this package show delivered by USPS on 1/7/at 10:54amDue to the holiday season this may delay time frames for deliveryWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to

Consumer response taken by phone:  I have received replacement product from the manufacturer. I worry that this will have the same issues.
