We received your notice of complaint from *** *** We have always provided refunds when a customer has a problem or just doesn’t want the software, it’s
never been a problem even if it is past days from their time of purchase The facts of Mr***’s letter are different that what actually occurred Our technical support person was in correspondence with Mr*** and tried to get the information needed to help him get the software running on his machine Mr*** kept saying, “If you don’t get this fixed then I want a refund” So after going back and forth trying to get it fixed he called again on June and asked for the refund The refund was processed within minutes of the conversation We have phone records that verify this and the receipt of the refund is provided below.Best regards,Margaret S*Qdea SalesThe purchase was refunded on 6/27/17, Please see the attached receipt of the refund.***
