I posted the following on my *** for my friends & family, posted on Qdoba's ***, Qdoba's messanger and filed online per their request at qdoba talk-to-us online forms twice now with no respince back yet for over a week now and counting."??Hi Qdoba . Long story short. Today is my wife's birthday. She signed up weeks ago for her birthday meal. Today before going to our local Qdoba she called the corporate number and spoke to a rep telling my wife that since she unfortunately hasn't received her birthday email yet, she was told to go to our Qdoba and tell them and show id to receive her free meal. An hour later she goes there, the employees make her meal then the manager decided to toss her meal into the garbage can right in front of her because he says he didn't care what my wife was told to do by corporate on her birthday today and this is his store. This is inexcusable, unprofessional & highly innapropriat behavior by managment to do to anyone . Qdoba owes us a hugggge explanation.??????" I have taken screenshots over the course if several days that on Qdoba's *** they did acknowledge me only to say "submit my complaints via their online forms at Qdoba talk-to-us" which again I have twice over now. Other people leaving reviews on Qdoba's *** say they are in the same situations with regards to not receiving any responses back from the company at all. I just spoke to one of the today on FB and he said he left messages with two people at the corporate offices. To recap throwing away my wife's birthday food for not honouring her birthday free meal is a total disgrace and second not responding back to us and now having to file a Revdex.com complaint is incomprehensible. Thanks for your time and attention

Dear ***,
We received your feedback and understand the issues you have been experiencing with Qdoba. First and foremost, we are a franchise here in the Cincinnati area. We have 5 stores in the market and can only truly speak on behalf of those stores and not the Corporate office for Qdoba in ***. We understand that you had difficulty reaching the Corporate Office through the talk to us forum and apologize that this was the case. Please know, with any issue regarding one of the Cincinnati stores, you can reach out to our local Marketing Manager. They handle all customer related issues and we have confidence they will handle any situation in a timely manner.
As a franchise, we were never given the opportunity to speak with you and work through the issue, for which we apologize. It was under our impression, when given your case – that corporate was handling the situation. Again, we apologize that this was not what occurred.
Currently, our Corporate office has no direct line for our guests to reach the office. We are not sure who your wife spoke to about giving a free meal for her birthday but apologize that this message was relayed. Currently, in our rewards program, if you’ve been enrolled 2 months prior to your birthday, you receive a treat. Therefore, if your wife remains an active member for the following year, she will receive a treat. Please note that the “treat” does vary from time to time and is not necessarily a free entrée.
Through our internal investigation, we have found no evidence of the manager’s behavior the day you went into the store. Regardless, that does not mean it did not happen.
All this being said, we understand the stress this put on you and certainly wouldn’t wish this trouble on any of our guests. We’d like to send a Fiesta for Four your way, a complimentary dinner for 4 at any one of the local stores. Again, we are very sorry that this has become such a negative experience for you and truly hope things are much better here on out.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter. Type your reasons here.] 8/27/19To whom it may concern at Qdoba, Thanks for your response back. I'm responding to your first letter to us received on August 26th 2019 from our local Revdex.com office regarding our guest experience at your ***, Ohio Qdoba location on August 7th 2019. You reportedly claimed that the corporate offices in *** California were handling our issues and knew corporate wasn't responding to our multiple attempts at communications with them but yet now you only "speak for 5 stores in Cincinnati". You then also contradictory claimed you had no prior knowledge of anyone attempting to reach you which is odd considering the Revdex.com contacted you over 13 days ago. The claim you are a "franchise owner" or possible "marketing manager" which it is still unclear on whom exactly you really are as there is no name or signiture concluding your letter other than "Qdoba Cincinnati", which can be taken as concealing information to disengage from responsibility or accountability which further inflames the current situation at hand putting increased strain on reaching a healthy business resolution with your patrons.You also said to contact the 'Marketing manager' for immediate issue resolve but fail to name this person, include any contact information or have this info publicly published anywhere for any patron to view or find online or anywhere, patrons cannot simply read minds on what they are to do. I appropriately reached out on FB on Qdoba's page, which l do follow, was ignored and railroaded there, yet strangely now have a huge following on the outcome on my private page, which I cannot discuss an ongoing matter.Telling us that there was an "internal investigation" that conveniently turned up zero "evidence" is inflaming this entire experience my wife suffered at the hands of Qdoba employees on her 50th birthday by humiliatingly having her entree tossed out in front of her and told they don't care what she was told. Your "investigation" conflicts with the actual facts that occurred on August 7th 2019. I'm certain those employees would not willingly self incriminate themselves for risk of termination.I'm saddened to hear that our "5 local Cincinnati stores" have taken a strong defensive stance against doing what's right and just. But would rather critique with patrons as talk is cheap and the lack of actions speak volumes. Managments exchanging of long winded endless letters with word fluff and no real resolve helps no one and further exacerbates these issues, divides your relationships with patrons and conflicts with Qdoba's core franchise motto of "Our commitment to quality is as stong as our commitment to our customers".As a "marketing manager" or "owner" or whomever you claim to be, it's imperative you realise from a healthy business standpoint that these stonewalling actions are not conducive to winning your target audience over. Greatness in business is not complicated, it comes simply from the heart, being sensitive to patrons needs, apologizing with no defensive words, owning up to mistakes made by others owning them as your own, making sure your customers are your number one priority and they are completely satisfied and standing behind your franchise motto.To recap today, overall we feel let down yet again by the dismissive, contradictory, conflicting, inaccurate and overtly late response getting back to us after the Revdex.com made first contact. As such, unfortunately we decided we cannot except your current offer of "4 fiesta meals". We therefore strongly see no reason to deviate the least from our non-negotiable, original, desired and expected yet very fair and generous outcome of "Qdoba gift card(s) for 10 free complete meals of our choosing that includes chips and salsa with each subsequent free meal".We are optimistically looking forward to your response with our fair yet generously deserving resolve being met in full and in a most timely manner.Thanks again for your time, attention and expected resolve.Sincerely,
