Hello *** We had lot of email exchanges with *** *** *** since October regarding RMA of defective goods. After lots of email exchanges, we gave him following two options to resolve the matter: Return the pcs tablets for full refund or creditOur selling
terms are FOB Miami, so please return goods back to us in Miami for refund or credit. Or keep the pcs and we will give credit Initially we offered him 10% discount , however we increased discount and credit the difference from selling price to $.This was below our cost and we increased the discount to benefit him. We think we gave him fair options, and he accepted option on mail on March 10, and we sent the letter to accept the terms (as attached with this mail for your perusal) so that we could do wire transfer to his account. We sent him letter on March 10, 2016, but he did not accept or sign and sent the letter back till date. We feel he is not being fair or truthfulWe were always willing to resolve these issues from day one

[redacted] Good day, Note the Business said they sent a letter on March 10th, but even in this answer the options , as I also stated in the complaint, is not satisfactory as we are still losing out because of  their mistake. For option one, we will get the refund on the units, but due to us expecting that these were new fully functional units and not defective RMA, we are losing charges incurred on having to not only ship back these units to Miami from our location but also all charges associated to shipping them to our warehouse in Barbados from Miami in the first place. Option two is not even an option, why accept a discount for items that are not working. They are of no use to anyone. Also note the time and money invested to having our in house Techs test quite a number of these units just to prove that he units were not functional.These options have been offered before and we have explained our standpoint on how we will lose and no remedy has been offered after.

Hello, The signing authority of our company is out of country at the moment. He will return on Monday. We will contact to resolve this issue.
