Review: I bought their product at my local retailer. I had written them and they wrote back with some general nonsense and asked for my reply. I replied and they did not answer.

so where I live I have had windchimes for many years. I heard theirs and upgraded. I hung them where they would always have the best shot at wind. in the past, over time, it proved to be the best spot.

I hung my new chimes up and have been very disappointed in their function. they make very little noise.,Desired Settlement: I would like my chimes to work when it becomes windy. it seems the hardware is to heavy to cause the musical tones when it catches the breeze. I think since they are in the business they could offer me a solution by reading my complaint. The chimes need to be changed in some manner. like maybe putting a longer "kite tail" on the chimes so it has more surface area to pick up the wind and hit the thing a m bob that strikes the tubes.

I can't believe they did not answer my reply email. this is silly and an easy fix for someone in the business. if they are flippant I could take a refund I have the receipt and the box. but I would rather have some sweet sounding chimes.

I think they are built to work great in gale force winds and survive
