02-20-after verifying we had the replacement parts in stock for shipping we collected payment for parts and shipping on parts, customer gave a member of our team Credit Card payment for parts and shipping did not mention any issue's with the cost of parts said it was fine and issued payment for those parts The Machine purchased included year internal components warranty, these parts that he was looking to purchase are not internal engine components nor did he ask or reference warranty at all when he placed the order for the named parts or it would have been explained that these are not covered under internal engine components warranty Again the customer said the total was fine and proceeded to give payment for parts
Unfortunate the $was for the original diagnosis of your moped which we stand behindOur mechanic measured your crankshaft and it is off and it may run fine now but your engine bearings will end up failing and you will get a vibration when normally operating the machineIf not now eventuallyWe could have gave you a quick cheap fix also but did not and wanted to fix it the right wayWe deny this claim and have no intentions on refunding anything for this claimThe customer went the cheap route and will eventually wish they didn't
