Job is finished.  On February 17, 2017, we received a service call from [redacted].  She said she had no signal on her TV.  We checked her signal and found she needed a new converter box.  We attempted to order a new converter box, but were informed the manufacturer no longer...

makes them.  We were able to finally find one thru another source.On March 28, 2017, our technician installed the converter box.  [redacted] had TV reception.  Subsequently, we invoiced the customer and we received payment on April 10, 2017.  We never received a call that she doesn't have reception.Sincerely,Mary *.
