Yes I had QSI Security incCome out to the houseMike did great job updating my alarm system but the also recommend camera system that was easy to useRoy the owner also update updated my sound system with a soundbar systemstars for me

To whom it may Concern: We have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] and in no way given them the "run-around." They have spoken with three different representatives explaining the same process to them They paid a installation fee of plus tax totaling $ when they were installed on March 21st, They agreed to pay a monthly rate of $a month plus tax to be taken out of their checking via ACH They asked for a one year agreement and we made the exception in writing for the agreement of one yearThey were advised that if the agreement is fulfilled the equipment will retain in their possession They contacted our representatives stating they wish to cancel the agreement, I have emails and text messages from current and former representatives of our company stating they spoke the clients and they wish to cancel on 01/10/ I confirmed this cancellation with Mr [redacted] personally on the phone 8pm 01/10/ He stated he needed to cancel the service immediately and I advised we would be contacting him to set appointment to responses equipment and he agreed [redacted] called Mr [redacted] and scheduled a time for us to repossess the system since they were not fulfilling the contract and terminating the agreement months ahead of time [redacted] called Mr [redacted] and scheduled a time for us to repossess the systemMr [redacted] set up a time for Monday 01/13/4-8pm for repossession of the equipmentMr [redacted] allowed [redacted] into the home and reposses the equipment (once again confirming the cancellation) Not anywhere on our installation agreement does it state the initial payment would be refunded (please see attachment)

I am rejecting this response because: when the gentlemen approached our house they wanted a three year agreement...we told them right then and there we only had months remaining on our lease, why would we agree to a year if we were to leave in ten monthsthat makes no sense to me and Mr*** agreed to giving back our $at the endI would not set myself or my family up to lose money. Once again I have only spoken to one gentleman by the name of *** and have not spoken to any other...regards to *** *** I was present on all calls made out and inMr*** said there was a check and that we would be getting our money back along with partial if not all on the month that was taken outWe then had to go an extra mile to get ahold of whoever and found out the information these gentlemen had entered into the system was all wrong and that made me more upset because what if there was an emergency we would have never been able to get in because our info was wrongON that form you attached...sorry but it does not match what was given to usWe know no *** and have no idea where that number came from and our password was soo off that it made it impossible to even get into any systemI have a copy of my contract....it should reflect what I haveAlso, you made a statement saying you got emails or text from others saying we cancelled, if that is the case you never received one form either *** *** *** or myselfWe also have a recording of one of the gentlemen that went in with *** and Victor to our home and said clearly that you did say you would return us the moneyFrom my understanding we are not the first to deal with such a hassle for something for what rightfully belongs to meAs for the "run-around", yes you all have been giving it to us for the past weeks and no one seems to be giving us anything but..."we have your check", " I will meet you at am", which than turned into 12:than no answer when we calledAll Mr*** told me was can you please send me the infoAddress, contract number, names and phone numbers....nothing more so, no one has said anything other than Mr*** saying he will not give me my money back for "breach" of contractIf that is the case that you only go by "word of mouth" than I think you owe us our $plus if not all most of my monthly feeI will gladly submit my documents and recordings on this issue. The recording clearly states that you made that agreement when we signed the contract and there were three parties involved. unfortunately like I said before this is not the first time

I've been using QSI for 3 years now and have zero complaints. The systems are excellent but what I enjoy most is the customer service. Roy is one of the best people in the services industry that I have ever used. Highly recommended.

when they were installed on March 21st, 2013.  They agreed to pay a monthly rate of $34.95 a month plus tax to be taken out of their checking via ACH.  They asked for a one year agreement and we made the exception in writing for the agreement of one year.
