I have contacted this company to go behind another plumbing company who didn't fix my clogged main drain pipes ... I asked this company to price in a camera as well to find the problem of the clogged this company giving me a price of $875 , the camera spotted a snake bit head that the previous tech used that was causing another back up , this company tried to get it out but was unsuccessful using the machine they had , so *** the owner told my husband he has to come back with a bigger machine , just watch it toilet flushing cause it can cause it to back up again until that peice get removed .... I have contacted *** to see when they ccan come back cause it drains slow, now he's telling me its gonna be more money , that wasn't what he told us , they ONLY TEMPORARY fix our drain and charged is All this money $885 for nothing , and his only excuse was its draining isn't it ... But for how long ..
Refund I only paying for the fee of the camera which he quoted $250 I'm requesting $675 be returned !!!
We were unable to successfully help this customer with her plumbing problem the first visit (we didn't have the correct tool in the truck that day). I called her and apologized for the misunderstand (that we would charge her more money) and offered her to send our team again to fix the problem and told her we would NOT charge her any more money, but she declined because she wants to use another company. She mentioned she only wanted to pay the $250 and requested a refund of $675, However, I refunded her the full amount of $800 as of yesterday 10/1.
