receipt that the email was read.QTB followed up with a phone call in early July about the enrollment period, at that time she said that she is using a different vendor.The company made no attempt to contact QTB to be released from the contract.QTB sent invoice for the setup of the customized employee enrollment kit and sent invoice for the stated fee in the signed contract.$100 setup fee if zero participation within the initial enrollment period. Thank YouMike
