QTC Medical Services

Dr Noel N Nick lists her Texas 34031, but that license expired in 2001. Looks like medical fraud to me.

I had an exam. The doctor told me the results were in the normal range. I asked if I could get the printed results and was told to contact QTC directly. I called QTC and was on hold for more than 25 minutes. I hung up and went on QTCM.com and received another phone number. Again I was on hold for more than 25 minutes. This is MY results and I should not have to wait this long! WHY?

Had an appointment scheduled for 0930 which, I was enroute to.. as I get a call stating that the doctor has called off. Would have been completely fine, had the receptionist not been rude and convey this message improperly. Jested that "there isn't anything I can do" as she snickered on the phone.

Speaking to the VA now to never have this facility as my point of evaluation ever again.

QTC Medical Services has sent multiple FedEx letters to our home. My husband is a 100% disabled combat Veteran. His last C&P and rating to 100% says "NO MORE EXAMS", ever! My husband's medical file was found in the men's bathroom at ABQ VA Medical Center, along with other veteran files. So someone is "phishing".

When you call them, they claim they were contracted by the VA to conduct exams. However, the only mail we have received from the VA is a letter regarding SCAMS, not to engage in fraudulent phone calls and mail claiming from companies claiming to work with the VA. Do not engage with this company unless you have received mail directly from the VA regarding QTC Medical Services. It is NOT your responsibility to verify if this company is legitimate. If it is not coming from the VA, it is a SCAM.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Contact the Attorney General of your state and file a complaint against QTC Medical Services for constant harassment. That is the only way to get them to stop.

I had a C&P exam completed by QTC Medical Services from *** on December 16, 2019 at 09:30am. The problem with the C&P exam was that what I reported to Doctor *** and what he reported to the VA do not match. Doctor *** told a whole different story to the VA than my actual story. Making a issue for me, however I have a copy of the documents I summited to Doctor *** to proof my case.

The Department of affairs outsourced my examinations to QTC for my VA disability. As of December 5, 2019 the company has yet to provide the results of my medical examinations to the Department Of Veteran Affairs. I have been in contact with several employees of QTC who stated that everything was complete and had been submitted. I found out today 107 days after the appointment that this was false. QTC has created a hardship for me and is holding up my disability payments.

I informed QTC that I can drive or be driven because of my medical issue for more than 30 minutes. QTC never canceled my appointments and was not even sure if I went to my appointments. QTC was informed that drive was too far for me several days before but decided to not make arrangement for me to be seen closer.

QTC handled the logistics of an Independent Medical Exam to be prepared for The Veterans Administration(VA). The VA has not received the report as per their website and QTC can not produce proof that the doctor’s report has been successfully received by the VA.
