Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would like to point out however that the person in the attached pictures "proving" I'm not disabled because I went skiing with friends, is not meI was here in Oregon for the past two months going to physical therapy for my broken legI do not know why Quack Quack, Inc is going through so much trouble to discredit my disabilities, but am glad they agreed to terms so I don't have to go to courtAs I've said, I work for the *** ***, but have a sedentary job doing mostly data analysis and I had friends over to help paint my house and I was not on a ladderJust because I am young does not mean I am not disabled and I am greatly offended that this was even an issue, I wish I was lying and could physically go skiing or running, but I can't due to my conditions. My complaint is that the company didn't thoroughly review my paperworkThe conditions that I am receiving service-connection disability for is different than the broken legI receive disability payments from the VA for a lower back
condition and my arthritis in my RIGHT kneeI broke my LEFT leg in April- as I shattered the tibia it is likely to result in further disability (since my worker's comp case is still open I am not expecting the company to see this as a disability now)The provided paperwork was for other conditions and I feel the company did not look at the other paperwork closelyI was discharged from the military in due to the right knee condition for which I receive disability and had expected the company to comply with the policyI provided my DDwith the disability separation code to the Kirby companyI would be willing to take a refund minus monies paid to employees involved in the demonstration of the vacuum, to ease Quack Quack's lose, but overall I am trying to avoid a civil suit against the company (which is my next step)
