initial warranty call, the most recent visit being March 3, 2016.
There was only one incident whereby I could not make it to his house as agreed as he resides in a very rural location and the road conditions were not suitable for driving due to extreme weather conditions. This appointment was rescheduled with the customer and a follow up appointment was made for which I attended.
During the warranty calls with this customer I advised him of the issues surrounding the plumbing with his dishwasher. After this was resolved I then assessed that he required a replacement part and it was ordered on March 3, 2016 and will take approximately 2 weeks for its' arrival.
I have neither submitted or been paid for the service call in this matter to date nor has the customer ([redacted]) expressed his concerns or dissatisfaction with the service he was receiving, alternately he was very pleasant and appreciative of the service I provided to him.
As well I have not received any calls during business hours for which I have not answered nor received a voice message from this customer or anyone pertaining to this warranty case.
This warrantied appliance and the service offered has been attended to in a timely and professional manner and I am confident that the matter will be resolved with the replacement of the required part once it is received.

confirmed by the fact that the cost of survey was not included in the contract. In fact, the survey was not ordered until December 16, 2015, by the complainant's sister, an employee of our institution. Since the bank never received a copy of the survey, it is assumed that the complainant's sister received the survey and gave it to the complainant.The complainant's loan was moved to a new institution on January 15, 2016, where his sister now works. The payoff of the loan included the fee for the survey at the time it was requested and the bank accepted the payoff and paid it off, including the fee.On Friday, February 5, 2016, the complainant disputed the fee with the bank. The bank disagrees that the complainant did not owe this fee; however, in the spirit of good faith, the complainant was reimbursed the cost of the survey by cashier's check on February 9, 2016.Please let me know if there are any further concerns.
