Quail Empire

So I placed many orders with this so called company. One order I received were the Q-E rare eggs they came with trash bags and a AAAbattery in the box, dont know why but they said they'd sent out replacements immediately. Well that never happened. I emailed them for 3 weeks asking where were the replacements at. All they do is lie. Then I recieved a partial order, but they added in a note stating that coal layers were out of stock. Guess what that was a lie customer service told me so. Also received dirty "incubator trays" for some odd reason with that partial order. They don't even sell those online.Then I finally got a call from William from corporate he said that he was sorry, would overnight my replacement Q-E eggs this was on a Friday. He also stated he would express ship all my other orders Monday. Which are coal layer,bobwhites, two different celadons, homestead bundle, rare breeding box.I waited a few days no tracking for the other orders that were to be express shipped. Emailed corporate back just wanting my money back for those orders. He said the eggs would have shipped thurs( WHY) you said Monday express. William also stated it would take 7 days for refunds. It's day 7 and still waiting. I emailed them again but no response. Also I wanted to add in the eggs I have had had a 10% hatch rate. I've had a 68% from Myshire (using the same Brinsea incubators).

Ordered quail on three times and never received. Quail Empire kept saying it was the USPS fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT MAY BE A SCAM!

Won drawing of free qual bantam eggs. Were sent to wrong person. Reshipped 2x and never recieved

They sent me a FREE gift of bantam quail hatching eggs. At 10 weeks they range from 2.4 oz to 5.
