Review: There is an agreement to reimburse customers after documentation is sent which shows 120 gym visits per year plus proof gym membership has been paid during that period. I sent this information in 11/13. When I did not receive the money I called on 12/27 and spoke to[redacted]. It was confirmed all documentation has been received and I should receive my money in 7-10 days. (confirmation #[redacted]) I called again on 1/14 and spoke to[redacted], who did not know why the money was not sent. He said the money should arrive in 7-10 days. (confirmations #[redacted] & [redacted])Desired Settlement: Send the $150 which is the amount the company agrees to reimburse customers for gym visits.


Review: Claim #[redacted] is being held hostage. After numerous request to get this resolved even after this being sent to a manager still 9 months later nothing. All proper documentation was sent to Provider Relations. This is poor customer service. I still have to deal with my provider.Desired Settlement: Either pay it or deny it.
