Review: my wife stopped using QH in Jan of this year when they called in feb to collect their payment they were told that due to the fact after trying to use their card was worthless they continued to call us on an almost daily basis threatening to send the matter to collections 2 days ago June* we were called by their collection agency transworld the same day I received a letter in the mail from QH itemizing what they were seeking feb and march membership fees the transworld rep.[redacted] confirmed the last time my wife use QH was in Jan when she was covered they offered little or no benefits the entire time she was paying them [redacted] my wife is a [redacted] we live on my retirement and the monthly premiums were excessive when she assumed she was getting health careDesired Settlement: I wish them to drop the collection and instead refund at least 3 months in fees

QHealth is a new and innovative Telemedicine company committed to improving healthcare by providing services that are accessible and convenient. We strive to perfect our customer satisfaction by answering our customers’ questions, concerns and inquiries in a timely, honest and professional manner.

In addition to telemedicine, QHealth does offer access to discounts at a variety of medical and health centers. For doctors, we are contracted with the Galaxy network. The Galaxy network has over 300,000 contracted providers. These doctors are required to give special contracted rates to our consumers, and all members of the Galaxy Discount program, with whom we are contracted. On average, consumers save 20% on doctor bills. Although we no longer focus on Medical Discounts, I am sorry that the consumer felt that the Medical Discount features were not working for them.

As a courtesy, we have waived the balance and remove the consumer’s account from collections. These changes may take some time to take affect, but once in affect, the consumer will no longer be contacted by QHealth or any of its collection agencies.
