I had a previous service company who had provided my heating and AC services for a few years, however, this past year I was not satisfied with the service and had been seeking a new company I was driving home one day and saw a service person entering a Quilidied Heating vehicle I asked for a card and a few days later I called the number It was late in the evening and I only expected to leave a message asking that someone return my call, however, to my surprise MrNelson answered the phone, identified himself as the owner He asked me to contact the office the next day to schedule an appointment I spoke with Candace who promplty gave me an appointment for the following week On the day of the appointment I received an early morning call from MrNelson who apologetically explained that they would not be able to come that day due to several critical situations that could pose dangerous situations for other customersWe rescheduled, and Pete came today to provide the service Pete arrived well within the window of time I was given, and MrNelson stopped by to agpologize again for having to cancel previously and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with Pete's work I assured him Pete was extrememly professional, worked quietly, and explained the work he completed Quilified Heating and Air will definitely be my heat and air service provider going forward I appreciate their level of service and professionalism

Made an appointment for my furnance, The owner, Keith, sent his employee Kenny to service my homeKenny was extremely knowlegeable, a professional, and did quality work in a timely fashionI referred the company to my churchThey received service as well and was pleasedI will continue to use them in the future

Back on January 13, during one of the coldest times in Chicago Area our furnace wasn't working right so we called Service Heating & A/C as we were afraid that our furnace was on it's last leg and we did not want to be stuck without any heatOur furnace was old so we thought me might have to purchase a new oneThis happened on a Saturday and when we called, a service man came out and accessed what was wrongSure enough we needed a new furnace and we needed it right away A called was made to workers Vance Sand Chris Kand asked if they could put in our furnace They said yes they would do it because they did not want anyone to be without heat on a day like today They came out that same day (Saturday) and stayed late into the evening to make sure we had heat We would like to thank both of the Gentlemen for installing out furnace on that Cold winters night in a very professional matter and explaining everything that we needed to know about the furnace Thanks Again and Again!!!!!!!

On Sunday, 7/15/2018, we called Qualified Heating, Incand spoke to [redacted] He came out later that day to address our central air not workingWe were thrilled that he would come out so soon, especially on a Sunday! It was extremely hot in our home [redacted] came out, inspected our system, charged the inspection fee and told us that our AC compressor was not workingLater that night, he called and gave us two options to get our air up and runningThe first was to replace our used AC unit with a new AC unit for $1,Or, replace the compressor in the existing AC unit for $1,We did not have the money for eitherWe borrowed $and the next day (7/16/18) I called him to go with option 1, and he said I could pay the $now and pay the rest over some monthsHe said he was sending his guys to our home right away and that all the work would be completed the same day! We were overjoyed- we would finally have AC!! His guys ( [redacted] ***) were at our home within a few hours

Our furnace went out on us right at the start of the cold weatherInitially we called another Heating and Cooling company as soon as this occurredThey came out and completed an inspection and told us we needed to replace the boiler We anticipated this would be the case because we had water damage in our basement and water had gotten into the unit The furnace had to be shut down, it was leaking carbon monoxide, it just was not repairable Before getting the work done we wanted to get another opinion first, especially since this was probably going to be a replacement The first company we called had quoted us a price a too high for our pockets We decided to call around first to get more inspections, luckily we happened to find an advertisement from Qualified Heating in the Valpak we received We gave them a call to scheduled an appointment Mr [redacted] arrived to our residence on our scheduled appointment date The morning of the appointment I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from his office to alert us of his estimated time of arrival Mr [redacted] inspected our unit and confirmed what we already knew, it needed to replaced We sat down scheduled a date for the work to begin The Qualified Heating Repairmen arrived to our home on the scheduled day and did a fantastic jobThey installed top brand equipment and now our home is nice and warm The entire team was very professional through the entire process, this includes the owner Mr [redacted] , the office staff and the repairmen When I was told I would get a return phone call, I did When I was told someone was going to arrive at my home they came They really did a beautiful job and worked diligently to get our boiler installed timely to prevent damage that could have occurred due to the cold weather Qualified Heating will be one we will call on for our Heating and Cooling needs Thanks to Qualified Heating

After twenty-five years of reliable service my furnace breathed its last breath! Having no heat, I called MrNelson, owner of Qualified Heating, around 8:P.Mon a Wednesday nightHe indicated that he was finishing up another job but would come by to assess my furnace problem when he was doneI assured him that I would be fine overnight and he promised to come by early the next morning, which he did around 7:A.MAfter determining that my furnace was beyond repair, considering its age, the fact that the brand is no longer manufactured, and parts probably not available, I agreed to have a new furnace installedMrNelson took pictures, made several phone calls to his installers regarding specifications, etc., and indicated the installers would be at my house in about an hour and a halfAround eleven o’clock Mike and Peter were ringing my doorbellThey were professional and efficientAround 4:P.Mmy furnace was completely installed, to my complete satisfaction! Qualified Heating & Air installed a new air conditioner for my property I was very impressed by the professionalism of MrNelson during the presentation He offered me an excellent price and guaranteed satisfaction The install went great and his workers Rodney and Luis were excellent, punctual and professional I had such a fantabulous experience with this company and would highly recommend their services
