I am rejecting this response because:I never had a conversation on the dates Qualitas
statesThose may have been dates that I called them and was promised a return call. I call them on 4/11/and they advised that they used an improper code on their bill to insurance and now year later they decided to resubmitI did receive a call from them on 4/20/and told me that they are still trying to resolve this but to date it is not resolved
