I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and spoke with *** *** of Salem Paving in person when his crew came by to
work on the repair of my driveway May 10th. The cracks on the flat surfaces have been repaired as well as the area where the driveway meets the road. In order to completely repair the driveway, Mr*** has stated that his company will seal the entire driveway twice as soon as the weather permits with the first coat probably being done this Saturday. He will also bring in some dirt on both sides of the driveway to support it due to the height of the pavement. I will wait for the business to completely perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I am pleased to see that Salem Paving stands behind its guarantee
