on the older driveway perhaps the water was going through a different route or the grade changed slightly. At this point, immediately I agreed with the homeowners to come to a solution to these concerns which involved building a timber wall to divert water that was coming from the hill to a different direction plus to avoid the freeze/thaw issue we would lower a section of driveway slightly.  Owners were satisfied with this solution.  The foreman responsible for this project that the previous winter’s thaw would have settled properly and resolved the problem.  Therefore, the foreman’s explanation was that he was waiting for nature to run its course. Unfortunately, this proposed solution did not arrive quick enough in order to be implemented; however, both the customer and Bright have now come to an agreement for a solution that will solve the problem and leave both parties satisfied."Thanks again, David D[redacted] Bright Team

I am rejecting this response because: It has taken the company most of this year to even respond to multiple written reports of problems, the company was difficult to work with last year, this has been unnecessarily timeconsuming.  I repeatedly reported problems in writing starting  this spring (and mentioned last year that the mortar was sandy).   Since I didn't receive response from Bright, I filed Revdex.com complaint on 8/2/2016 requesting refund, but Bright didn't respond to multiple Revdex.com letters. This all took several months; Revdex.com advised me that your company's Revdex.com accreditation would be suspended. So I just filed MHIC complaint.   Now it's getting too cold outside for masonry work, I respectfully reiterate my previous requests for refund.   Thank you.
