I purchased a wall clock for $Upon receipt of clock I noticed the clock face was very off white and the glass had a terrible glareI tried calling Howard Miller USA several timesOnce I did talk to someone about returns and he said he would send me an email with return informationI also sent an email about my wanting to return the item but no one has contacted meI am getting the feeling that they do not want any returns as their customer service is non existent
Reference Order #- I received a confirmation and a processed email on February 9th for a clock on sale at $On February 22nd I called to check on date of arrivalI received a call back a couple of days later from a man named AlbertAlbert informed me my credit card would be processed for the confirmation amount and another amount of $would be processed closer to delivery mid to late MarchI advised him the price listed and confirmed was $on saleHe said no that was a depositHowever, no where on the website nor confirmation or processing email does it say that is a deposit priceHe advised me the price I received was not enough to pay the manufacturerI apologized, but explained to him that was the price posted on the website and was not my errorI asked to speak with a supervisor and he chuckled and said he was part of management and would not refer me to another personI respectfully requested his email and said I would supply a screen shot picture o
