The very fact that offers were made proves the fact that the services were subpar and not pursuant to the contract signed In addition Massage Envy has charged me more that the contract signed without my knowledge or permission.The offer of using another facility further away is both unacceptable and against the very spirit of the contact signed for relaxing services "Gifting" my credits away is totally unacceptable even if I knew someone to give them to.The fact is that I am unable to return to the location Moon Valley in question because of the staff Everyone in that office is aware of my experienceGoing there to receive a relaxing experience cannot occur. In an effort to get this over with here is what I will acceptAssurances that I will have a relaxing experience EVER visit (ridiculous that I even have to ask for that) , To be assigned a seasoned masseuse for all visits and a Refund for the 90min terrible terrible massage in January and the difference between the amount charged vs the contracted amount I think the shake down aspect of this company is simply outrageous and completely in contrast to what a massage stands for Stand by your work! Its clear that your company is struggling and we the patron suffers! What a disgraceI am a business owner I would not treat a loyal patron as your are treating me Truly Shameful

situation, what she is suggesting we have already offered her and are happy to assist

After
reviewing the complaint in regards to Ms. [redacted]’s account with Massage
Envy Moon Valley we have found that when Ms. [redacted] joined our Phoenix,
Arizona location she entered into a legally binding contract with Massage Envy
(DBA Encore Companies). The company’s cancellation and...

refund policy is clearly
stated in the contract. Ms. [redacted] signed and initialed the contract affirming
that she had read, understood, and agreed to the terms.  We
are committed to the wellness of our customers and over the course of Ms. [redacted]’s
account with us is it clear she was not satisfied. In turn, we have discussed
the concerns with her directly and gone above and beyond the legally binding
contract in an effort to satisfy her requests. Ms. [redacted] has denied the
multiple offerings and recommendations that we have given. While the offerings are
still available as we wish to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both
parties, we are unable to make any further accommodations. Accordingly, we consider
this complaint resolved and respectfully request that the complaint be
closed.
