Quality 1 Restoration

Yoni and his company were extremely helpful in cleaning my condo late last year after discovery of a heavy mold and mildew condition from the previous hot summer in South Florida. We were away from our unit during the summer when it became hotter and more humid than expected and our A/C unit was not set a low enough temperature to prevent damage. Quality 1 Restoration provided one of three quotes to me for complete cleaning and testing to assure all mold and mildew was removed His was the only reasonable quote received and one that was most responsive. The other two quotes were provided by very reputable national cleaning companies, but were each considerably more expensive and less responsive that Quality 1. Yoni took personal interest in providing top quality equipment and personnel that got the job done within a week and followed up with a personal visit to assure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I don't usually write reviews for work done but in this case, it was very well deserved and I recommend Quality 1 to anyone who requires heavy duty cleaning services.

Yoni was super helpful and detailed in explaining to us the process throughout his preliminary phone call. His prices were also extremely competitive. When he came out, he was on time, fast and courteous. The entire experience with him/his company was a great one and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.
