I am rejecting this response because:The yardstick for fixing $300 for template is not justified. The terms are not in the contract. It's an abstract estimate.I have seen service agency charging around $125 for a daignostic visit. I shall accept this charge. Not more.

I did enter into a contract with client. He spent multiple hours in our showroom along with multiple family members and HELD materials that he chose.. his home , the drive alone was almost an hour from our shop with traffic. It is unfortunate he had to cancel because of a financial situation but should have thought about it before leaving a deposit. I returned his deposit without a dispute. I told him the charge was 450 but we both agreed on 300 dollars . For him to file a complaint for the whole amount , and think that this is a free service is ridiculous.
