Because of faulty installment, water got into our house and ruined part of our flooring.
In August because of excess humidity, water backed up from our air conditioner and got in under our Pergo flooring. I re-routed the system and put in an alarm so that this will never happen again. Representatives for the company came out and took pictures of the buckled flooring. They admitted that they don't install these units in this manner anymore and said I did a great job. I called a few days later, and they agreed to send us a check to replace the flooring. We haven't heard from them since, and they won't return my calls.
