We received a complaint involving [redacted] and would like to resolve the issue, however there are some discrepancies.  He said the incident occurred on July 12th however we were to his house on July 22nd. He is stating that the purchase price is $300, and the disputed amount is $400....

 We only charged him a total of $281.80.  We have tried to contact him but have been unsuccessful.  We care about the satisfaction of our customers and are completely willing to refund him the amount we charged.  Please let us know where we should send the check if that is what the customer would like.  Thank you for your time.
