As you can see from the invoice date, *** *** has not paid his bill since June of We have attempted to contact him, with no response, via e-mail, mail and telephone At the bottom of this invoice (and all of our invoices) it states "A 1/2% late fee will be applied monthly for
past due invoices." *** *** finally contacted our office on April 6th (almost two years after his work was already completed) to pay his bill The accounts receivable agreed to remove all the late fees if he provides payment immediately; which he did This matter has already been settled between *** *** and Quality Air Services.Feel free to contact me with any further questions.-Vicky L***Quality Air Services

I emailed the customer the following"Good Morning *** *** Our field supervisor determined that the reason the unit was not working was because
the switch was off. Once he turned it on the unit started working properly again. We would like to come back to this unit and determine why your tenant thinks the unit still isn't working. If it turns out the unit does work properly, then this trip charge will need to be paid. Otherwise, we will determine exactly what the issue is with the thermostat and fix it. At that point, we will waive the current trip fee and charge for the subsequent work. Please let me know if this resolution is agreeable with you." Regards,Vicky L***
