Review: On October 10th, 2012 I paid $1,158 to QUALITY AIR LLC (Merchant ID ###-###-#### CT)for mold inspection and cleaning of air ducts. It also included a maintenance contract.On September 9th, 2013 my credit card account was charged $498 by Quality Air LLC ([redacted] CT) for a fluorescent light ordered at the recommendation of a service tech as a preventative measure for mold. I was told that I would receive it within 2-3 weeks. Upon receipt of this item, I was told that it would be installed at no additional charge.I have called Quality Air LLC at ###-###-#### several times. On October 14th, I was told that I should have received a call notifying me that the item was on backorder. The representative told me that, since it was now in stock, one would be shipped to me that day. Since that time I have called and left messages asking for either a refund or the light that I have purchased. When I called the last time on Monday, November 18th the representative scheduled installation of the light today (November 19th) and told me she would have the tech bring the light with him.I have not heard anything or seen anyone from Quality Air today. As of November 19th, I still have not received the light that I paid for over 2 months ago.[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the product (that I've paid for) delivered and installed.
