Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/02/01) */ In response to case [redacted] Lelia's Scrubs LLC We started working together on a Uniform purchase for staff members on 12/6/DR [redacted] from Dentistry for children Located at I Street Sparks, NV Two staff members worked over an hour(per our video surveillance) together to accommodate her needsWE gave her catalogs and fabric swatches to view true colorsIn addition we gave Her uniforms of her choice for staff try on for proper fitWith no charge to be returned in one week I called 12/13/16, 12/20, again 12/27/each time we asked if they needed any assistanceOn all three occasions I stated we need our scrubs I was willing to pick up on 1/02/ [redacted] returned our scrubs, placed an order with us with a 25% discountTwo staff members assisted with the orderWe placed [redacted] ,s order off her hand written notes Each item was verified with [redacted] As we placed her special order in our point of sale systemHer total purchase amount was $sales tax in the amount of total due $ (excluding two jacks we could not order until 1/16/cost of $sales tax total amount due is On Jan 13th we delivered the complete order of scrubs minus jackets in which she knew were ordered on 1/16/17, On JAN we received a phone call that she was returning a FEW scrubsWe informed her that her jackets were inShe Stated I will pick them up when I return a FEW scrubsEighty five is not a few Janshe picked up her two jackets( did not pay for them) and RETURNED yes items!! worked over an hour(per our video surveillance) together to accommodate her needs. WE gave her 7 catalogs and fabric swatches to view true colors. In addition we gave Her 15 uniforms of her choice for staff try on for proper fit. With no charge to be returned in one week.
I called 12/13/16, 12/20, again 12/27/16 each time we asked if they needed any assistance. On all three occasions I stated we need our scrubs I was willing to pick up.
on 1/02/17 [redacted] returned our scrubs, placed an order with us with a 25% discount. Two staff members assisted with the order. We placed [redacted],s order off her hand written notes . Each item was verified with [redacted]. As we placed her special order in our point of sale system. Her total purchase amount was $4934.03 sales tax in the amount of 381.15. total due $5315.18
(excluding two jacks we could not order until 1/16/17 cost of $57.76 sales tax 4.46. total amount due is 62.22.
On Jan 13th we delivered the complete order of scrubs minus 2 jackets in which she knew were ordered on 1/16/17, On JAN 25 we received a phone call that she was returning a FEW scrubs. We informed her that her 2 jackets were in. She Stated I will pick them up when I return a FEW scrubs. Eighty five is not a few.
Jan26 she picked up her two jackets( did not pay for them) and RETURNED 85 yes 85 items!! Eighty five is not a few. Our return policy and special order restocking fee is CLEARLY posted in red on our sales counter next to the register. In addition it is on the receipt.she departed
with a verbal threat to slander us on the internet ,as we could not refund her purchase. Due to the fact she had the scrubs far past our story policy of seven days.She had the scrubs for 14 days total. We are open seven days 10 to 6 weekends 10 to 4. My employees get praise from our costumers and are very Knowledgeable of our policy's. They were treated with disrespect and demanding a full refund. She was offered a store credit and refused. Once again with a threat to slander us on the internet. She did indeed post on google and yelp untrue facts . I have all invoices,receipts and invoices for your review if necessary. I do not welcome her or her staff members to visit our business ever. The sale is complete per policy and no further contact is needed. I consider this matter closed.
