This complaint is full of inaccurate accusations and biased opinionThe [redacted] have accounts due for the last several years, are on the credit report the last two received recently were not The payments were applied to those accounts so they would not be put on the credit report [redacted] and I had several conversations on this issue alreadyit simply does matter which accounts the payments were applied to since the other accounts would be put on the credit reports anywayIf you owe $and you pay $you are still going to owe $2, The math is the mathThe [redacted] are only concerned with getting their loan Despite being offered to greatly reduce their balance as a courtesy [redacted] has not called back to resolve the matter This has nothing to do with anything else referenced in the complaint except using the Revdex.com as a forum for their anger at being unable to get a loan while still owing over $2, [redacted] has a list of all the accounts outstanding, is she wishes to call the office and advise what accounts she wants the $applied to we will be happy to oblige It will not change their credit denial situation As it stands their settlement has been rescinded and the remaining balance will be due without further negotiation

Once the service is confirmed and if she wishes to make a payment she can call our office at ###-###-#### and provide our account number *** to make the paymentPayment may be made with Visa, Mastercard or personal check at no additional charge (the actual amount is $276.70) once the payment is made we do a complete removal of the negative item from everyone's credit report as a courtesy so that will not be a problem at all. Our response was sent to [redacted] in December 2015 clearly explaining the balances and why they were due. My office also indicated in our response that we spoke to her previously on this and that she was to call back to arrange payment and never did. We have no control of [redacted]' ability to...

act on the responses or information provided to her however the statement that my office did not already explain why this is owed or that we never responded to her inquiry is factually incorrect.

This complaint is full of inaccurate accusations and biased opinion. The [redacted] have 16 accounts due for the last several years, 14 are on the credit report the last two received recently were not.  The payments were applied to those accounts so they would not be put on the credit report....

[redacted] and I had several conversations on this issue already.. it simply does matter which accounts the payments were applied to since the other accounts would be put on the credit reports anyway. If you owe $2500.00 and you pay $300.00 you are still going to owe $2,200.00.  The math is the math. The [redacted] are only concerned with getting their loan.  Despite being offered to greatly reduce their balance as a courtesy [redacted] has not called back to resolve the matter.  This has nothing to do with anything else referenced in the complaint except using the Revdex.com as a forum for their anger at being unable to get a loan while still owing over $2,200. [redacted] has a list of all the accounts outstanding, is she wishes to call the office and advise what accounts she wants the $330.00 applied to we will be happy to oblige.  It will not change their credit denial situation.  As it stands their settlement has been rescinded and the remaining balance will be due without further negotiation.

This account [redacted] is for Dr. [redacted] and is a $35 patient responsibility for services on 1/03/15 and is a balance after the patient's insurance.  Since this is an obvious oversight considering the small balance due we will remove it from the credit report and advise [redacted] to contact our...

office to arrange payment at her earliest opportunity.  We can be reached at [redacted] and please reference the account number.

If you decide to work at QAR save yourself the trouble and don't. The position states full time but it is really part time. Also states phones just ring 20 times a day but they ring off the hook all day. If you don't smoke stay away. Mostly all the employees smoke and the entire place smells like smoke. The place and what they do is shady. The people that call are very upset that they have a collection agency calling them. Working there are low life sm. STAY AWAY DON'T WALK AWAY RUN!

Review: My wife Rosemary [redacted] died March 16, 2015 in [redacted], Red Bank, NJ. A woman, name unknown and Keith of Quality Asset Recovery contacted me regarding an unpaid medical bill. I informed them both at separate times that my wife left no estate and her insurance was used for funeral and burial. The woman told me that this information would be placed in my wife's file. Subsequently Keith of Quality Asset Recovery left messages on my home phone for me to contact him. I called and left Keith messages and finally spoke to him in person. I asked if the billing facility had attempted to recover from [redacted] under which Rosemary was covered.

I was contacted by [redacted] ID that monitors my credit and informed that Quality Asset Management had placed a delinquent bill on my credit.Desired Settlement: Removal of derogatory credit report from my credit history.

Response:

Regrettably, the balances left by Mr. [redacted]'s deceased spouse were already paid by their insurance. The remaining balances are their "out of pocket" expenses. This was conveyed in his conversation with my office on November 30th 2015. Mr. [redacted] stated that he has no money to pay the bills at this time, they do however remain his responsibility as the surviving spouse. If at any time Mr. [redacted] wishes to begin any type of repayment plan he is most welcome to contact me directly. We will make sure no further calls are made until such time as Mr. [redacted] wishes to contact us.[redacted]

Review: After having a hip repayment surgery I fell in a pot hole in March of 2014. I was assisted by the Hudson County Sherif department. They radioed for an ambulance to check me out. I was able to drive myself home.

I have been billed from the [redacted] I gave my two insurances providers information. I called QAR on the day I received their mail about this bill. When I spoke to a representor Keith I attempt to state I was going to investigate why my insurances would not pay this bill. He was rude and coil in his concern was for me to pay it today. I am in and out of the hospital for several illness, I haven't had this problem. As an aging senior citizen I felt haras by Keith. I call to get this debt paid. He didn't even allow me the time to give my secondary insurance information. He just stated that one of my insurance providers declined the claim. What is this world coming to when people aren't sensitive to others and their circumstances.Desired Settlement: To use my secondary insurance [redacted] and have the bill paid.

Review: This company has not removed 5 collections from [redacted] Health Systems from my credit report,. I am actually meeting with John [redacted] from [redacted] on 1/5/2016. I have provided proof my [redacted] has paid these bills. Yet you refuse to remove them from my report even though you have them listed as paid. My insurance paid thousands of dollars to [redacted] . There is even an account you are reporting that is in dispute . I did not even have the test. I did not give [redacted] under [redacted] the authority to report my information to the credit agencies. I ask you remove all 5 derogatoriness from may account immediately. I suggest you speak with Mr. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Deletion from my credit report all 5 erroneous reporting

Response:

Mrs. [redacted] just paid and resolved her accounts this week and per the terms of the agreement my office submitted to the credit bureau to have the negative items removed.

I was contacted by this agency on 15 December 2015 for a bill which I paid on 24 November 2015. I told them that I had the receipt and I could email them a picture of it but I was told "we don't have email". Then I talk to the doctor's office who I paid and they told me it was a mistake and they would take care of it. I thought I resolved the issue and forgot about it.
Well, my wife got a call yesterday (08 February 2016) from Quality Asset Recovery that I didn't pay the bill and it would be in the credit report. When I called back this morning the man was extremely rude and told me that the "burden of proof" is on me (to prove that I paid) and it would be in the credit report otherwise; then he hang up on me. I called the doctor's office the lady (said she was the office manager) said it was taken care of this morning, so I called the collection agency again and the lady told me it is closed and hang up on me without even letting me say anything. I called again and I said "so I won't get call from you guys again on this". Her response was "no; have a nice day" and hang up on me. Total three times they hang up on me. I think they will always be the best of south jersey and nothing more than that because of this attitude problem....
