They informed me that I would have a refund in 7-days. Then I was asked if I would accept partial payment. Then I was told weeks, It has been weeks and nothing.. Called ** state police and awaiting the charges of theft which is a felony count due to the amount and misleading info

Review: An email was sent to me about an availability of toyota seinna car. I logged into thier website saw it and called to confirm if it was available and they said yes. I called them on phone and an email was sent with an attachment of an invoice to make a payment into a bank of america account which I did. I called them to confirm the payment which they acknowledge. the next day I called to confirm if they recieved the email I sent to them about the shipping address which they confirmed they received and they are processing it. ever since then its over two weeks now they never reply all my emails nor pick up my calls. I left washington dc to new york in the stated address in the invoice to find them but when I got there I was told they are not existing there. The payment of $6450.00 has been made and acknowledged but no car was ever delivered, their phones are just ringing no reply and no response to all my emails ever since I made the payment.Desired Settlement: refund my all money

Review: I transferred funds to Quality Assurance Auction to deliver vehicles and right now they are no longer responding to my calls nor answering my emails.

The total funds I transferred is $57,260. This transactions where initiated on the [redacted] of December for $6750, [redacted] of December for $10000, [redacted] of December $1730, [redacted] of December $2000, [redacted] of January $10000, [redacted] of January $10000, [redacted] of February $10000, [redacted] of February $6780.

I was advised by [redacted] to recall my funds through my bank so they can force the company to know why the funds are recalled and respond with proof of delivery for purchases I made if they claim to have delivered the vehicles. That I have done but also thought it wise to report to the Revdex.com.

I was in the U.S in February to visit their office and was told it didn't exist in the address provided by the company. I also found another address they used [redacted]. I suspect a foul play by Quality Assurance Auction and they are operation as a scam. I used a different email to send them mail and they responded and even called a different number I provided but when they heard my voice they cut the call.Desired Settlement: The business should refund every dollar I have paid including the cash deposit of $4080 paid into their account while I was in the U.S on the [redacted] February 2015 and $1150 paid on the [redacted] of February 2015. They threatened me in a mail to make this payment otherwise I will forfeit the previous monies paid. And said they vehicles were ready for shipment. But it was all a scam.

Review: I was bidding on a vehicle online they call me an told me that I won the car I gave them a 400 dollar deposit an then wired them 1600 hundred dollars from my bank. When I was going to pick up the car they called an said the owner wasn't going to sell the car so they was going to send me a refund in two weeks here it is about three months later an now I can't get any one on the phone now. Review: 12-**-14 I sent qaauction $2000 for a car then drove 8 hr to pick up got there they said it had export title only got motel next day called they would find me another drove back home never got another I kept trying the last couple weeks they wont answer my calls or e-malls and I think they should pay my motel and gas thank youDesired Settlement: $2000 for wire transfer $500 for motel and gas

Review: I am writing this letter in reference to a business which is operating in NY, New York. The name of the business is Quality Assurance Auction. The name of this business does not reflect the the actions of the business, there is no quality assurance, and there is no trust. On December [redacted] I talked to a sales agent named [redacted] about buying a 2014 CR-V for $9,100.00 plus a $320.00 auction fee, and $570 for shipping and also a $30 wire transfer the total came to be $10,020. After I talked to him on the phone about the pricing I wired him the amount of money that was discussed. I was given two bank location, and I sent the $9990.00 to the [redacted] location. The next day I called the [redacted], and he told me that they had got the money.The next day I called [redacted] for a update about the car and he told me that they had sold the car to some one in Russia. He told me that he would send me a refund with the wire fee. I gave them a break because I knew it was Christmas time. They told me that they would send me the money in the first week of January 2015. I did not receive the refund so I called them at the number ###-###-#### I also called on ###-###-####. I called every day and they would tell me that their accounting department had already sent me the money. I waited a week and then called them again and they told me that they had my zip code wrong even though they have my address, and e-mail on file. I e-mailed them so many time for the refund, and I got no refund. Every time I called I got the same answer that they had sent the money overnight, but I never got the money. When I would try to call them they would block my number because they knew it. I even tried to E-mail the [redacted], but I would get no response, its now going on February, and I still haven't received my refund. This is kind of frustrating and stressful to me and my wife because I have two children in college. I was going to get one of them to commute to college, but instead of a car it seems like they are holding my money. I feel like I am being cheated by them. I want to expose them to everyone because we all work hard for our money. I don’t know how many people have fallen victim of this kind of cheating. What they did to me is unacceptable. All I want is to get my refund, and I cant call them or contact them in anyway because they don’t answer my calls. At this point I don’t know what to do, and this is one of the reasons why I am writing to you, so you will know that there are businesses in the USA that mislead a person, and give them high hopes, and after they get nothing. I was hoping you could help me resolve this problem. I don’t know what to do, I am helpless. They are not responding to me, and it looks to me like they want to keep my money.

Review: I bought a 2015 Hyndai elantra GLS from this comapany , Paid them a total of $7550.00,which included $7200.00 for the car and $350.00 for the shipping because the car was located in [redacted] .After receiving my money the company just stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails . My bank [redacted] did a trace on the wire and per [redacted] respons it was credited to the company's account on the same date of 03/**/2015 .
